Terms & conditions

These terms apply to bookings with Alpha Executive Chauffeurs. Your written quotation forms part of your booking and sets out the specific details of your journey.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. We will contact you to confirm availability and send a personalised quotation. Your booking is confirmed only once you have accepted that quotation and we have confirmed it in writing.

Prices

Prices are indicative and subject to journey requirements, availability, mileage, waiting time and any additional services requested. Prices shown on this website are starting prices. The price in your accepted quotation is the price you pay for the journey described in it.

Payment and deposits

Any deposit, the amount due and when payment is required are set out in your quotation. Your booking is secured once any deposit stated in your quotation has been received.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability, and will confirm any change to the price before it applies. The cancellation terms for your booking, including any charges, are set out in your quotation.

Waiting time and extra time

If you would like the vehicle for longer than booked, or your journey changes on the day, additional time is charged at the hourly rate in your quotation and agreed with you first wherever possible.

On board

No smoking or vaping is permitted in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for their own behaviour and belongings. Where the vehicle is damaged or needs specialist cleaning as a result of passenger behaviour, we may charge the reasonable cost of repair or cleaning. Your chauffeur may end a journey if passengers behave in a way that puts the safety of anyone at risk.

Passengers and luggage

For safety, we cannot carry more passengers than there are seats with seat belts. Please tell us about luggage when you enquire so we can make sure it fits.

Delays

We plan every journey with care, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather or other events outside our control.

Private hire

All journeys are pre-booked private hire journeys. We cannot accept journeys hailed on the street.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
