Privacy policy
This policy explains how Alpha Executive Chauffeurs (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or ask us for a quotation.
Who we are
Alpha Executive Chauffeurs is a private chauffeur service based in London. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us by message on Instagram (@alphaexecutivechauffeurs) or through the enquiry form on this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address and the journey details you give us: pickup and destination, date and time, number of passengers, occasion, flight number, additional stops and any special requests. We also record how you reached our website (for example, the page or advert you came from) so we understand which marketing works.
If you message us on Instagram, we receive the information you choose to send through that service.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you book, to arrange, provide and invoice your journey. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. We may also use it to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Enquiries submitted through this website are stored by our website host and form provider, Netlify, Inc., which processes them on our behalf. We share information with other service providers only where needed to run our business (for example, accounting), and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a booking only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting rules require. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
Cookies
This website stores your cookie choice in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel) are only set if you choose “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
